Bunny Kinney is an award-winning filmmaker & creative director, working with the some of the most distinguished brands across the fashion and beauty industries.
Canadian-born, Texas-raised Kinney travelled throughout his youth and studied internationally, an experience that equipped him with a global creative vision and broad frame of references that continue to enrich his audience-directed content creation.
Since 2017, Kinney has served as both Editorial Director of the Dazed Media group and Creative Director of Nowness, a short film platform launched by LVMH and co-owned by Dazed and Modern Media group in China. In 2018, he launched Dazed Beauty, a digital-first platform and print magazine, with makeup artist Isamaya Ffrench and publisher Jefferson Hack. Prior to this, Kinney was creative director at i-D and Vice Media.
Kinney has worked extensively as a commercial video director in fashion and beauty, creating campaigns for a range of top clients including Chanel, Dior, Givenchy, Burberry, Gucci, YSL, Armani and many more. Accolades he’s received for such work include a Silver Lion at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity and a spot on the 2016 Media Week 30 Under 30 list.
