Vanessa Traina is a creative director, consultant and fashion stylist whose clients include Altuzarra, Balenciaga, Erdem, Tiffany & Co. and Barneys. Since its inception, Vanessa has held the position of Executive Creative Director of Assembled Brands (Protagonist, Khaite, Tenfold) and its curated lifestyle store, The Line. Designers and brands alike have been drawn to Vanessa’s refined taste and inherent vision. Her work is signified by clean lines, careful selection and understated elegance.

 The daughter of American author Danielle Steel, Vanessa grew up in San Francisco before moving to Malibu to attend Pepperdine University. Early in her career she interned for Carine Roitfeld at Vogue Paris and subsequently moved to New York where she worked with stylist Marie Amelie Sauve. 
Vanessa has been in the fashion world since she began attending the Paris fashion shows with her mother in the early 90’s. From the age of 19 she has been a street style favorite and the face of numerous brands including Chanel and Louis Vuitton.
