Streeters is seeking a Producer in their NY office.

Working with Multimedia Artists (photo and film) Stylists, Hair and Makeup Artists, Casting Directors and other creative disciplines. 

-Work directly with the agent and artist to facilitate all aspects of a job
-Keep job files organized
-Liaise with artists and their assistants
-Liaise with clients and outside producers 
-Travel coordination (hotels, flights, cars service, credit card authorization forms, etc)
-Review creative briefs and be able to see what budget and teams are needed to complete the job
-Manage budgets from start to finish
-Book assistant teams
-Hand deal memos and final billing
-Reconcile jobs 
-Pay vendors
-Develop presentations and pitches with agent and art department 
-Work with art department and agents to maintain digital portfolios
-Manage artist calendars
-Office administration
-Concur reconciliation 
-Marketing/CRM/keeping track of client reach outs
-Meeting prep and followups
-Assisting the agents with additional duties as needed 
-Confidence speaking with established, high level talent
-Ability to multitask
-Flexible to change
-Good math skills
-Highly organized
-Well spoken and well written 
-Takes initiative
-Common sense
-Calm under pressure
-Willingness to be available early mornings, evenings and weekends as needed
-Knowledge of working photographers, stylists, and hair & makeup artists is a bonus
-Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese or Chinese language skills a plus


5+ years in luxury fashion, artist agency, production company or advertising agency
